Have you checked Autozone.com? They have repair manuals online.

I wouldn't be surprised, but rest assured, it's from 1989...

1989 ford 4.9L hose routing

Thanks a bunch. I've been looking all over for a nice diagram. What is that thing up front labeled "VREBER". The dotted lines, are they hoses also.

Thanks again, truck runs almost like new
Now i need to know why i put gas in front tank and it all goes to back tank. Then i switch to rear tank and gas goes to front tank. This goes on till i put gas in again.

It's actually VRESER, and it stands for Vacuum Reservoir. The dotted lines do represent hoses in your case.

Where is the best place to hook up a vacuum test gauge to check engine condition?

You can tap into any vacuum line that goes to the intake manifold. The 4.9L engine has a vacuum tree on the passenger side of the intake, while some vehicles have vacuum blocks on the firewall.

One the front right port on the carb. I believe he was giving you that recommendation since you posted in a thread for the 1995 V6 model.
