New to this site bought a truck.......

Hey guys I bought a 1989 F150 300 I-6 5-speed manual. Don't know the gears, Dual tanks, 15x8 brushed aluminum wheels, 255/70/15 brand new tires. It also has a reg cab long box. Little bit of rust over the passenger rear wheel well. It only has 109K on it. 1-owner Lariat. What should I expect from this truck?

Hey!
Some here might say the Ford 300ci is the best engine so far by Ford. I have the rot over the rear passenger wheel. Its because the road snot can not drain out of there very well. It rusted out from the inside out. I'll post a picture to show you when I discovered my rust.

You can expect a few minor problems with your emissions crap but we do fairly well working them out on this board. If you do have an issue, be decriptive and ask here. Otherwise your truck will do well for you.

Welcome to the machine.
