putting in a chip

thinking about puting in a chip in my 1990 bronco with a 351 and a EOD tranny. what is a good chip to buy how much is it going to be? or is it not worth chiping the truck at all?

a chip can be a good investment. The only problem is anytime you add some items to your engine i.e. heads, cam, intake you have to get the chip reburnt because speed density systems do not like those changes. If you plan on keeping the engine the way it is, the chip will definitely help a little.

You might try asking this over in the Computer Chips forum. I'm assuming SuperChips makes a chip for your year, but if so Mike from Troyer Performance can tell you anything you want to know. He watches that forum pretty close, and is always full of good info...
