obd I-II

can someone please tell me when the 150's changed from to OBD I to OBD II? i thought someone told me 96 but im not sure.

You are OBD-I. From 96 on all cars and light trucks have to be OBD-II, some 95s are as well, IIRC mostly in CA / New England.
