Trip Odometer

I have a 90 XLT Lariat Regular cab long box 300ci auto 4X4 Manual Transfer with:
Air,PS,PB,PW,PDL,AM/FM Cassete, cargo light, Cloth bench with fold down arm rests, Tilt, Cruise,Sliding window,Full Carpet, headliner,Custom wheels with center caps and trim rings,Two tone Red, Body side mouldings, tailgate trim, Chrome bumpers, Woodgrain trim, leather steeering wheel, Int wipers, ect. Seems to be a loaded truck.

Now can some one explain to me why I dont have a trip odometer??
