I'm going to buy a truck from a friend of mine it is a 95 f150 2wd excab short box it has a K&N FIPK an shorty headers. I would like to start moding it as soon as i get it. and would like to know what else to add. like what kind of chip and throtle body to use any help would be great

 

I have the same config truck, that is if it has a 5.0, the 5.8 is basically the same fore mods. I would do a Superchip from Mike T, Magnaflow True Dual exhaust setup, Underdrive pulleys, Electric Fans, BBK TB, Shift Kit, ... those are most of the bolt ons.

My has a 5.0 too. it even looks like yours but with out the red it is just white with pin striping. is the chip expenive and what does it do.

We cant post prices here, but its under $250 if you order it from Mike Troyer (Superchips_Distributor). It adds 10% more hp/tq at any throttle position. Well worth the money, probably the best mod I have done. I will give you more info when I get off of work.
