Dems want to take more of your rights

It seems the dems have "quietly" rewritten a bill to protect your rights. It will now let them read your e-mail WITHOUT a warrant.

He won't protect our rights, but he'll sure protect these thugs: http://washingtonexaminer.com/nlrb-s...s#.UKvo2WfAHyK

And of course, I have heard nothing about this on the state media (MSM, or Pravda).

You would think Anschutz pulling on a chain attached to a nose ring would hurt after awhile.

Unfortunately, nothing the Liberals do these days surprises me much. It was nice living in a free country - while it lasted. Too bad most folks won't realize that we're no longer living in a free country until it's too late to do anything about it.

They don't just "want" to take our rights. They can and they will. It's been done before, by representatives from both parties. This past election gave them a green light to do whatever they hell they want. Democrats didn't just elect a corrupt president for a second term, they also replaced moderate representatives with radical leftists, like our senator elect here in Massachusetts.

The democrats have convinced enough people, by hook or by crook, that they are the better alternative. The republicans of today are a bunch of pantywaists. The MSM are willing propagandists for the democrats. There are a whole lot of us out here without accurate representation in our government. Where going to have to move mountains if we want to change that.

I wish I could put on a , but after the results of the election, I can't see this turning around any time soon.

Wittom--exactly.

What really surprises me is the Tea Party is called right wing extremist, but if you look at what they, want it is a return to a strict Constitutional interpretation. If that is extremism, then sign me up. There is nothing extreme about making the founding document of our country the center piece of our government.

I have lost faith that this country will ever return to greatness. It is only a matter of time before we finally go the way of the PIGS in Europe. What makes the whole matter worse is the whole time nobody on the left will look at their programs as the problem. They will blame everything and everyone else as causing the downfall. There are a bunch of lay-offs due to Obamacare, and the reason according to the left is the evil rich people are racist and they don't want to see the program succeed. Look at Hostess, the union walks out and causes the company to shut down. Then they blame the evil management for closing the company and all kinds of inappropriate things. What they don't say is the person responsible for many of the those inappropriate things (the former CEO) is no longer with the company.

If memory serves, the left went nuts over the Patriot Act and how it was going to destroy America. How can those same people support this bill and have any credibility? The government has done a pretty good job protecting us, why do they need more tools that infringe upon our rights as Americans?

This thread is about out of control government. The OP cites an example of congress violating the Constitution.

Frank introduces a link from the Examiner about the judiciary forcing a company to hire back employees who endangered elderly Alzheimer's patients.

Yet you want to take a potshot at Anschutz, the billionaire businessman/philanthropist who owns the Examiner.

IMO, your priorities are off. Anschutz isn't the one threatening your freedoms and spending you into oblivion.

Maybe he just got it wrong and was talking about the leader of the DNC? I don't know. All I know is people really need to get their head out of the sand an pay attention to what our leaders are doing. But hey, as long as people keep getting their free stuff, why would they care?

You are certainly right, he isn't the ONE threatening my freedoms. There are a multitude doing it.
Divide and conquer, it works right here on f150.
There are billionaire businessmen/philanthropists on the left and right, why is he untouchable and believable while some others aren't?

Perhaps you should start a new thread since you feel so threatened by billionaires.

Serotta is doing his usual. Attack the messenger.

The fact is, the article is factual.

Carry on.

Not for one iota doubting the quote is fact. It's definitely what happened bunches of websites and periodicals reported it just as the W.E. did.

Just checking the "far out there" boundaries...... thanks for keeping me informed.

Always amazes me that a few of you guys won't cut a fart without checking a website for verifiable odor.

Personal thought Frank........ we've been there before! You made progress for awhile, whaaa happened?

To quote a famous poster, "carry on".
