Chick-fil-A
Nah, didn't think so.
He wasn't a great cook in your mind right?
Terrible human being, but great cook!
Hard to separate things in your mind joe.
Must be a terrible place for you.
Clay lover eh?
Nice work joe.
[QUOTE=dirt bike dave;4878001]Exactly. Several mayors (Chicago, Boston) and a few other local places (Mountain View, CA) had blasted Chik-fil-A in response to the owner's comments in support of traditional marriage.
Rahm Emmanual (Chicago Mayor/former Congressman and Obama Chief of Staff) was pretty vocal, and said that Chik-fil-A was not respectful and did not have Chicago values.
Chicago values?? REALLY? Does Dead Fish Rahm mean values as in, lets say, like the city of gang violence, 20+ killings every weekend, ghettos in complete disarray? Is that what you are referring to Rahm?

Equal Time
"And finally, how come the gay activists got their national dander up over Chick-fil-A’s exec not being down with Brad and Chad getting engaged, yet I haven’t heard them say diddly squat about their intentions to stage a national “Kiss In” at any American mosque or give the hundreds of black pastors who vehemently oppose gay marriage the same crap they’ve been giving Chick-fil-A. What’s the matter? You’re not scared to take them on, are you? You’re not chicken, are you?"
FWIW, until he 'evolved' a few months ago, Obama's stated public position on marriage was the same as the Chik-fil-A founder's position.
Obama supports traditional marriage for years, and is the darling of the left.
A private citizen states the same, and he is guilty of hate speech.
Interesting double standard.

The only thing Chicago values is money from the rest of the state.

Was that a copy-paste (as you had it in quotations) or can you personally claim credit for that slice of literary brilliance ?
Nice.
Absolute brilliance.
I'm not sure of the point you were trying to make, but I'm sure it was a good one.
You sure you religious folks aren't from another dimension ?
It's this backwards mentality, completely void of even a shred of logic or rationality, that allows us to have a higher military budget than all other military powers in the world combined, meanwhile peanuts left over for cancer research.
Who needs science when you have prayer.
Just remember next time you thank god for not leaving your wallet back at home when 50 miles from the house, there are children all over this rock dying because they couldn't get a glass of water.

Let me help you out with some "Logic", which you seem to be so sure you have:
There is a God, or there is not. By every definition of evidence you and yours have ever used, BOTH positions are based on faith. Until we die, we will not know the truth of the matter. We, who do believe God exists, simply admit it, instead of asserting otherwise.
You're welcome- glad I could straighten you out.
dufus.
