Anybody watching the Obama trial in Georgia?

Just what it says. The court in Georgia is listening to testimony concerning Obamas eligibility to be on the Presidential ballot this year in the State of Georgia. Today they have shown proof that his Social Security number belongs to a gentleman who was born in 1890 and obviously is not Obama. They accepted proof that his name is not Barack Obama but Barry Sotoro. There may also be criminal charges in the falsification of documents to get him into this country. The birth certificate that he gave out has been denied as real by the Naturalization Department as a forgery. The book Obama wrote Dreams from my Father was entered in as evidence as it specifically states he is Indonesian. Immigration Services records were entered in as evidence concerning Obamas father never being in the USA, never a citizen, and refused entry by Immigration Services.
Guess it'll be a few weeks before we get the final court decision on it but it should have major ramifications if they actually deny him a place on the ballot. I have a lot of the family that are attorneys including my oldest girl that are watching this closely.
Here's the latest but the final decision is not in yet.

In a related story, President Obama has embarked a five state jobs program hiring 18,000.

Newly hired workers in Florida, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee and North Carolina will be equipped with new and reconditioned sawzalls and sent to the Georgia state border with the intent to set it adrift in the Atlantic.

but what about him helping the UFOs steal our peanut butter and replace it with space paste that genetically alters our organs so they can later harvest our livers to power their space ships? And that he's letting them use our cell phone signals to broadcast mind control algorithms that make us think we're eating peanut butter when we're actually eating space paste. If you don't believe me, you can tell because your peanut butter will start tasting funny when you go into areas with poor cell phone coverage.
You would think that would be enough to keep him off the ballot (at least in Georgia where they're serious about peanuts).

I've heard of it but not kept up. My biggest concern is what will happen if they find him ineligible to serve. By now there's not much doubt that he's not qualified for office. What will happen to the last four years worth of legislation? In theory it should all be nullified but will that happen?

Obama is not the only thing wrong with this country I assure you. Whether he is legitimate or not honestly doesn't really matter because the majority of people in the nation are very uninformed and will just elect someone else that does a worse job. Corrupt Politicians are one of the problems among many other things.

He was not elected on qualifications.
That was clear day one, his campaign was centered around was hope and change, not qualifications.

I really like one of the side stories about additional states follow, they named IL in the list.
Sure, IL is going to have a court hear this train wreck.
If you believe that one, I have some ocean front property to sell.
I need to get rid of the lot next to my house sold off.

Just based upon that one brain damaged line, I question everything that site publishes as fact.

Sorry man, my sarcasm font isn't working today. I never considered writing a few crappy books that show disdain for a country as proper evidence for being a qualified leader for it.

It will end up in the us supreme court.....the constitution is vague on its definition of one being a naturally born citizen and other requirements that are defined for qualification are open ended also.....

I hope they get the bastard though....flipping liar

I got that, my agreement font must not have been working.

I was backing the fact that those that voted for him on his Hope & Change catch phrase did not bother to look beyond a red, white and blue election poster.
