That's rich coming from someone who lives in the taxpayer supported "commonwealth of Virginia"

This suit has 0 merit and is laughably stupid. I'm 3 months away from my J.D., but I would've written this off as frivolous back in junior high.

Pff, I'm already at 100% jury trial win percentage. Undefeated! (1-0) hehehe... Judge yelled at me a bit for trying to lecture jurors on BARD, but nonetheless--

Good for you. After 20 years working I'm still at 100% criminal conviction rate.

I'm not saying this describes you, but I can't count how many lawyers believe cops are "just a cop". The good officers have learned how to handle lawyers and will answer in ways that are unexpected and make the lawyer look like an idiot. If a lawyer chooses their questions carefully the officer will have nothing to make them look stupid. Most underestimate the abilities of a good officer and are easily made to look stupid. I've even gone against lawyers educated in some of the best law schools in the US and walked out with complements from them on how much I made them work to get nothing. The last few years have been tougher as my name started getting out more. The upside is I don't go to court very much anymore.

20 years and 100% criminal conviction rate! Wow. Where I worked they would say you only accepted easy cases. :P Some DV and rape cases I've seen are coin flips even with the best lawyers. Nonetheless, very impressive. Fight the good fight.

I'm not a lawyer. Never have been. Look at my screen name. I don't get to choose my cases. It is the investigation, report, and testimony that wins the cases. A bad investigation/testimony/report results in a lost case. I have had to argue with some newbie prosecutors to get them to actually porsecute a tough case.
