Ok, got this in an email and thought it kind of humorus. I have absolutly no idea if it is correct or a fabrication itself. I will let others make that determination if they are interested. If the email is a fabrication, you have to admit it is interesting to say the least.



We-l-l-l-l now, I guess the time has come to check out Snopes! Ya' don't suppose it might not be a good time to take a second look at some of the stuff that got kicked in the ditch by Snopes, do ya'?



We've known that it was owned by a lefty couple but hadn't known it to be financed by Soros!

Snopes is heavily financed by George Soros; a big time supporter of Obama!

In our search for the truth department, we find what I have suspected on many occasions.

I went to Snopes to check something about the dockets of the new Supreme Court Justice, Elena Kagan who Obama appointed and Snopes said the email was false and there were no such dockets so I Googled the Supreme Court, typed in Obama-Kagan, and guess what?

Yep you got it; Snopes Lied!

Every one of those dockets are there.

So here is what I wrote to Snopes:

The information you have posted stating that there were no such cases as claimed and the examples you gave are blatantly false.



I went directly to the Supreme Court’s website, typed in Obama Kagan and immediately came up with all of the dockets that the article made reference to.

I have long suspected that you really slant things but this was really shocking.

Kagan was representing Obama in all the petitions to prove his citizenship.

Now she may help rule on them.

Pull up the Supreme Courts website, go to the docket and search for Obama.

She was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship.

He owed her big time.

All of the requests were denied of course.

They were never heard.

It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it?

The American people mean nothing any longer.

It's all about payback time for those who compromised themselves to elect someone who really has no true right to even be there.

I only had time to check one of the referenced cases, and found this is FUD being put up against snopes, at least in the 1 case I looked up.

This looks like another 'get the population at each others throats' so the voters do not notice what is going on in DC. The Chicago Political machine is being implemented.

The case that I checked, 08-1977 does have the names Kagan & Obama in it, but the reference to the name Obama is the Petitioner, The Real Truth About Obama, Inc.

The case appears to be centered around what constitutes political committee by the Federal Election Campaign Act. They were looking for a similar ruleing to WISCONSIN RIGHT TO LIFE, INC. v. FEC .

Funny, this case does have the two names together, but the Obama reference is against Kagan, not on the same side.

I would actually go as far to say this was a plant by the DNC, to get voters and the population in general at each others throats.

The simple answer is just sling mud from all directions and hope some of it sticks because either the audience isn't paying attention or they hear what they want to hear and nod in approval.

I would guess this Congress search for Obama/Kagan, e-mail (send to everyone you know) pre-dates the release of the birth certificate.

If I was Obama, I would have sat on the birth certificate until every detractor of consequence had made fools of themselves, Donald Trump was small potatoes.

I don't know about this particular instance (haven't researched it, yet), but Snopes has a left-leaning bias, no doubt. Just do some reading on the whole Petrobras/Soros/Obama links. They took the word of press releases from the Export-Import bank as gospel without going further, which was a half-truth, essentially.

 

What is there to research?
The e-mail was launched around Aug 2010 indicating coverup.
Obama produced the birth certificate April 2011.

From Aug to April the e-mail had legs for those so inclined.
Did the Birther conspiracy truely not die last April?

 

It will NEVER die, Raoul. Not as long as there are fools who believe, as you pointed out, that somehow the State of Hawaii, back in 1961, dreamed up the grand scheme that Mr Obama would one day run for office and that they'd have to make sure he would be "electable". Because of the magnitude of this conspiracy, they (Hawaii) should have their Statehood revoked.

But, back to Snopes: Clearly, if they've published anything that seems to support someone or something that favors the "left", they are obviously a "leftist" publication. They could only be considered "fair and balanced" if they constantly supported the "right".

Instead of going to the extremes and sounding like the flaming nut jobs you are attempting to put down, how about this scenario: Mom did not know the immigration laws at the time, so mom had the birth announcement placed in the newspaper desiring to have her baby boy be a US citizen. Then had a fake birth certificate made so he could show proof that he was a US citizen so he could enjoy all of the right and privileges that come with being a US citizen. Most people don't know what a real birth certificate looks like much less how to verify one. So the fake one will do just fine. Now it's 40 years later and Obama needs a better copy so the printing press starts up again. I'm sure he has friends that could get him a birth certificate that looks very genuine. I have explained the law on here several times. It doesn't matter whether Obama was born in the US, Kenya, or Russia he is a US citizen at birth and as such, if the SCOTUS ever ruled on the issue I would think they would rule that he meets the definition of a natural born citizen.

He was born in Kenya.
He is also a muslim.
His first statement upon becoming President was "Where all the white women at?"
