Mines cracked from running into a snow bank last winter, if anyone has one for a 97' F-150, its the black plastic below the metal bumper. According to all the info i've found its called a Lower Valance Panel. I do not have the tow hooks or fog lights. If someone has one and is willing to sell it, please let me know. Thanks.
