Head unit and Sirius satellite receiver was removed from a 2008 Ford F150. It was working when it was removed.
The part number on the navigation unit is 8L3T-18K931-CC and it is in great shape

The part number on the Sirius satellite receiver is 8L3T-18C963-AD
Also included is the Navigation System owner's manual and navigation DVD (still in head unit) with original case

This is all original equipment factory installed items. It would most likely work best in a 2008 F150 but may work in other years as well.

Very interested. My audiophile 6 disk changer is inoperable, would be a great way to repair it.

Sorry but I sold it today.

My current Kenwood nav unit has a CD stuck in it. When I asked about getting it repaired I was quoted $150 plus depending on the problem. I thought this might be the way to go but after talking to two different Ford parts guys and they couldn’t even tell me if they could get the parts I needed, I decided to keep what I have and sell this.
