You remove the old emblem and stick the new one on..

 

Glad I got mine when I did, I can vouch that these emblems look awesome, even in gold! I can also say they are easy to install, I put one on a 99 where it shouldn't have fit with ease.

 

Glad to hear you're still enjoying yours will. Yours is one of the reasons I've resorted to only doing black!

The rear camera emblems are smaller and require a smaller emblem with raised letters which I do not carry.

No. Unless you wanted me to pay someone who's good with a brush to paint the letters which would probably be pricey.

I'll PM you the info. Currently I am sold out of pre made emblems, but have some in the process of having the letters chromed then they will be cleared. Current wait is approximately 2-3 weeks.
