As far as I know, these are the crappy injectors covered by the extended warranty that Ford offered to 120k miles on the affected 2005 vehicles. They came out of my 2005 F150 5.4l 3v F150 when I replaced them with the newer injector. They worked fine when I took them out but I wanted a little peace of mind so I replaced them when the warranty expired.
