Just wondering what would be the total cost for everything needed? I already have a SCT X3 and waiting on custom tunes from Troyer, which could be changed to include this charger. Besides a fuel pump, is there anything else I would need? Not sure what boosting a pump means or how it could cost $100-500. Can underdrive pulleys be used with this charger? I will also have electric fans, but I don't see how that could possibly matter. I will have a nice flowing exhaust with longtube headers, high flow cats, and probably a magnaflow muffler. What else might I need?

A boost a pump increase voltage to the fuel pump from 12v to 14v etc. to increase fuel flow.

It comes with a Diablo tuner. You can sell the Diablo and keep the SCT. Either way I would suggest a DYNO tune, not a Mike Troyer mail order tune.

A belt, it comes with my old one, but I would put a new one on.

I'll throw in a new set of spark plugs.

Electric fans are a plus.

I would suggest a Boost gauge at minimum.

Looks like the Kenne Belle Boost-a-Pump lists for around $250. Would I need a 20 amp or 40 amp? A boost gauge, another $50-100, probably more since I would go with the cool in the air vent gauge.

Just to confirm, the Vortech uses a seperate belt, correct? I mean, not the same belt that's used for the alternator and power steering ect. So could I use an underdrive pulley set?

Could I use the stock fuel injectors? And stock everything else?

No, it uses the same belt. It's a LONG belt. I found one that is the EXACT length needed and it's a booger to get on, but I had NO belt slip what so ever with it.

The kit comes with 39# injectors. Ill throw in some HTO spark plugs, and clean the K&N filter. Ill try and make sure I give you all the zip-ties you need also.

I will give you everything you need that gave me my 450/450 tune except the fuel pump. You might not even have to buy a fuel pump and just buy a boost a pump. You can find them used on SVTperformance forum from time to time and save you some money.

Ill also throw in(if I can find it) the original 9lb pulley. You shouldn't have to worry about a fuel pump/boost a pump then and still make some good power on a good custom dyno tune. The torque(boost) just won't come in as fast. I highly recommend using the 12lb pulley as the boost comes on much faster.

Although it is very, very tempting and sounds like a really sweet deal, I am going to have to respectfully decline. I apologize for wasting your time with 99 questions. Thanks anyway.

No problem sir, maybe the next potential buyer will already have his questions asked.

I beleive the balancer is different and you would need to buy a spacer. Not 100% sure on that one.

I am interested. I have a 2006 Honda CBR600RR with 11k miles. I would trade outright if you installed it in my truck or paid for the install (including all parts necessary to run properly (i would pay for the tune obviously). (bike is worth much more than that, and about equal to that if it was BNIB). Bike has slip on exhaust, bar ends, HIDs (dual), flush mount signals, integrated taillight, flasher relay, and frame sliders.
