So when I painted my tailgate handle to match, I bought a second unit to put on my truck while I was painting the other handle. Since I had all the supplies, I figured I'd sand and paint the spare. I used a rattle can with paint code YO and a few coats of clear all on top of adhesion promoter and primer. The handle matches pretty well, I took a few pictures with this handle installed so you can see the match. I'll include a lock cylinder if you want, but I don't have the key for the lock, and the mechanism that I have for it is broken. It's easy to replace the handle, you don't really need the mechanism anyways if your handle works. $50 plus the ride, I'll take care of the paypal fee.
