Are these anything like the magnaflow 91406's? Any code problems?

There high flow cats.
Smaller then the Magnaflows and I would say they flow more and are a tad louder also.
No, never a problem with codes.

Phil, what would I need to install these on my truck? It looks like they have a piece of pipe that was welded that will need to be cut out. And I would assume these would translate into a new true dual exhaust?

Depending on what you have now, yes you need to cut off the flange on the one(i cut the other off because the shop that replaced them for me left a long piece on there ) and I figured Id have to ship them.
You just need to weld them in.

Phil, I was under my truck yesterday and noticed I will need an exhaust sooner rather than later. If we can get together Saturday I will take these. Can you suggest a decent exhaust shop that will install these with a complete system?

Hey David,
the best place that I have found is Midway Muffler in Elsmere.
They have done 2 different systems on my truck. They do nice work and stand by there work.
I had a hanger break after about 2 years and they fixed it for free. No questions asked.
I'll PM my phone number and you can call me tomorrow or whenever. I should be around Sat. so that wont be a problem.
