Hey guys - do we have any bowhunters on the Forum?? Just curious if there's anyone counting down the days until October 1st like I am. Only 49 days left to go here in Illinois!

 

I am hoping I will have the time to go bowhunting this year. The last couple years things have been too busy here for me to be able to.

 

Countin the days cannot wait! NY opens October 1st this year!!!

 

Yes sir. Same here in MS, opens October 1st. I've already been watching some nice bucks on the trail cam.

 

Oh yea, live to bow hunt. Michigan opens OCT 1 and the youth season is in a couple weeks. Going out again Sunday to check trail cams and make sure the stands are good to go.

 

I can't wait, these past few weeks hunting season has been the only thing on my mind. Our bow season in GA starts Sep. 8th, so only a couple more weeks, and right across the border in SC their gun season starts this wednesday.

 

Right there with everyone in north Texas. Got our 3 day weekend planned at the lease over the 5th and 6th out in Colorado City, TX.

 

I'm in Ga too. Sept 8th can't arrive soon enough.

 

Cali zone a and b start October 30th i think but cant go. dam it to hell this knee replacement sucks

Can't wait for season to start, legally in Oklahoma we could start hunting whenever we want because we are behind high fence. Unfortunately I do more guiding then hunting but I can't complain because it's my job

 

Heck to the yea! I dont know if ill be able to use my bow this year, but ill have a crossbow... dang shoulder surgery!

Sweet! I had a Z7 Xtreme Tactical last year. Man, I LOVED that bow! Giving the Heli-m a shot this year. So far I really like it.

Had a couple more bucks show up on the trail cameras this past week. October can't get here quick enough! I thought about buying a Wisconsin tag since they open 2 weeks before IL, but just can't justify the money for a couple early weekends on public land.
