4wheellparts customer appreciation day

Went down to the 4wheelparts customer appreciation day last weekend. Had a good time, lots of beautiful rigs out there. They did a good job making it fun as they had a course set up with checkpoints. Each checkpoint had a raffle ticket for a prize. Unfortunately, we didn't win anything. Although, I did find a ticket I had dropped on the floor the next day and could have been a winner. Guess I'll never know

Ya, it was a lot of fun. I tried some stuff I haven't done with the truck before. First time I actually had situations where a locker would have been handy. I still was able to do what I needed but would have made it a lot easier.

I was going to ask if you are able to do the raptor mod for the elock but wasnt sure if the 05 fx4 had the locking rear diff. Also when the truck started bouncing would a lower air pressure help prevent that or is that just a product of having the 2 opposite corners spinning?

Ya, lockers weren't an option back in 05.

The tires were aired down to about 16 psi. Having a locker would have helped but it seems to be common for rigs to bounce like that on steep climbs. You can't really tell from the video but it was a pretty steep hill.
