99.9% of people, IFS is more than good for what they need and that's why SFA is not an option.

not quite, go to any shop it will be significantly cheaper to lift a 250/350 then an f150
neither are cheap but ifs really blows to lift and not to mention alot of lifted ifs trucks seem to chew up and spit out tires worse then a lifted solid axle does

if were talking fancy stuff yes, but like a procomp lift or fabtech will kill you on the f150s I have quite a few friends with f250s and f350s and they lifted their trucks for not too much, lifted them right too. For alot cheaper then I could put the same brand lift on my f150 for

Solid axle, FTW. But like '97 said before me, I wouldn't count on it happening.

I'd go solid axles any day! It would be more rugged and you wouldn't have to worry about shaft angles destroying your CV joints with lift kits like you would IFS (ehh, maybe except the drive shaft from the Tcase if you lift too high). Look at OGTerror though, after going offroading and nearly destroying his entire front end, he did a solid axle swap and his truck just looks more bad @$$!
