haha, thats funny that some of the folks thought a half ton wouldnt do it. its truely more about technique then anything else. I was wheelin one time and saw this guy stuck, he insisted that I pull him from the back of his truck up the hill. I broke his strap about 3 times. Finally I just said, "let me try from below" just to see whats going to happen.

I pulled him out even with the broken strap that was tied together.

for the record, it was a ford. lol....

me and a few friends were out mudding one night in his f150 v6 and a 07 chevy 5.3. we got the ford stuck in some ruts and mud. the chevy tried and tried and got no where. couldnt even budge the truck. drove down the street got my truck. (i dont like tearing up my truck in mud and water) after jerking and breaking the strap twice i moved his truck about 10 feet back and i got the truck in a good enough position to pull him right out. and thats with my lil 4.6. my truck really suprised me that night i thought we were gonna have to leave his truck out there that night.

Still on those worn down grapplers, had something to do with why I was sliding all over. When it was all said and done, there was some cheering from what I remember and I did not say one word to my friend who said I'd look like a douche bag! But it was all in good fun, the girls actually really enjoyed seeing that happen and gave me props, I should have the vid up today, just check the 04-06 forum around 6-7pm. There was also a lot of props from the guys and girls that knew the guy in the chevy, it was labor day weekend so there were a couple bbq's I went to and the people who were there were telling my other friends how neat it was. But it was the beginning to one hell of a weekend so it was not on my mind too much, hooked up a lot this weekend!
