what is the best time to go, right when it gets done raining, when it is still raining, the next day after the rain, when?

 

anyday is a good day to get muddy! However, if you have deep holes where you ride and don't know where they all are. I would wait for them to go down alittle.

 

if your just wanting to play in the water/mud and dont wana get stuck wile its raining or right after is the best... but if you wait a wile the water sinks in lower so you better have some pretty bad **** tires and some ground clearance to get out... just my 2 cents

That fully depends on the location, and your setup. The pits at Paragon were best when it hadn't rained in a while, because the whole play area would get flooded out when there was a lot of rain. Some other places won't even have mud without recent rain. Where are you at?
