i got an 05 F 150 and want to lift it any idea on it

You should probably elaborate a little more on what it is you want/don't want. Do you care about price, ride quality, performance, etc?

i do not want to spend over 1500 if at all possible and the ride dose not matter. i don't know what to go with a suspension or a body lift, but what i need is more ground clearance. so is that a lit better

for ground clearance increases- you want a lift kit over a body lift. Check out some of the threads in the Suspension section for some pics and ideas
