I didn't mean anything spiteful by the comment.
I took it as a joke also. And then he replied with dirt pics. I don't care what people do with their trucks but I am saying it is a very small minority that take new $40,000 trucks, put $10,000 in it and then tear it up. And I don't think Brew is gonna make Paragon a weekly trip because the next scratch may me bigger and his jaw will drop lower.

No chit right. If you've read any of my threads you know they stir up a little controversy, there is no shortage of *******s with opinions on here.

6T6CPE, Brew just bought his truck. I don't think anyone would be in a hurry to run it through a tree, takes a brass nut or two to do that...give credit where credit is due. There are a few guys on here, I'd say about 3 lifted F-150's who actually put them to use, there are stock ones like Vader and the Paragon gang who see more trail than the lifted trucks who bash mine do. It takes heart to put your truck through the crap in those pictures, props to them. Muddy pics of your trucks would have pissed me off, but you took some nice pics of the pits and trail itself! I also like the comment about the tree inscribing welcome, had me in stitches.

Yea Paragon was great (the camping and hanging out was too) but it is a once in a while thing for me. It is hard on the stock trucks. 1mudd did great though.

Heck I paid a $100 just to get my engine and undercarriage cleaned.

I'm torn between 1mudd's personality and Rockpick's. Its a tough life.

Although I might be going back mid October with ATVs

You only live once. When you check out, you aint takin that truck with ya, so have fun, and sling mud! If the day comes when I care that much about a shiny paint job, I'll buy a Lexxus.

If I had 40 grand for a new truck, I'd spend 30 on a late model used one, put 10 grand worth of mods into it, and wheel its **** off until those trees at Paragon had rewritten the U.S. Constitution on the side of it!!! (and yes, I'd still get groceries on Monday if I had to).

I can't friggin wait to hit that place again - WHO'S IN??? 1st week in November anyone?

HAHA, I hear ya..I'm stuck somewhere in the middle as well, only slightly more towards the RP side and I'm not affraid to admit that

How did the engine come out? Ive got some cleaner im gonna try, but if It doesn't get as clean as I want it to be, I'll be looking for a pro to do it. Trust me, its not bad at all right now, just not as clean as I would like to see it.

J'..I'm glad it had you in stitches..it had me damn near in tears But its all good now.

Hmm, I guess it was dark out by time I did mine. Once I get back from vacation Im gonna coat it in the degreaser / dirt-n-grime remover I bought and then power wash it again. I think I finally got all the mud out of my wheel lip modings and bumper covers..its not pouring out anymore

Brew, you can try Production's TKO. Makes engines look like new (when I was a detailer it made the worst engines look fantastic), it also made my coilovers look brand spanking new, probably countless other things. Great for interior as well, it's not a degreaser but it works well. They also have a product called Red Power and that removes almost everything stuck on the engine, you spray that first and then pressure wash, then coat it with tko, but don't get it on your hands. I learned that the hard way and it's just clearing up a month and a half later (believe it was red power that caused it)...terrible. If you buy it and are not satisfied, I'll buy it from you as I'd like it myself, really.
