Hey Guys I'm new to this site & it is a great site with lots of good info! I was hoping that someone knows a good area to go off roading in New Jersey. Every where I've looked in NJ is either a pay site or is not legal for off roading. Got some snow and at least I got to test it out but I need some mud on my new FX4. Welling to drive to PA too for some good fun! Thanks Guys.

 

Welcome to the Communist People's Republic of NJ. You have a better chance of auctioning a loaded AK47 at a Hillary Clinton fundraiser hosted by the Jim & Sarah Brady than you do trying to find a decent offroading site in NJ where you wont be harrassed by either cops or enviro-nuts. The only thing I can recommend is to try the north around High Point & the NY border. I just looked at the map and I can't see a single place where you could actually off-road here. Several guys I work with ride off road bikes or ATV's. All either get chased by the cops (from what I understand, the cops go undercover and ride out in the woods looking for riders) trying to ride on public land or have to buy memberships to really crappy trails in some places in the PineLands.
