Does any one know if there is any place to "legaly" go off roading in northern Iowa or southern Minnesota?

I have posted something to that effect a couple of months ago, and didn't get any responses. If someone responds that there is someplace in southern Minnesota, I would be more than willing to meet you for a little offroading/wheeling. Hope someone responds to your question!!!

 

there is a place around cedar rapids, ia. not exactally sure where it is, but is around 150 acres or so around the coralville resivor

 

The place by C.R. is Ely. NE corner of res. on Ely road.
I've had ATV there but not truck, have thought about it but never seen a truck there, not sure if allowed or not.
