A little help here
I have recently installed 4.56 gears on my 98 super cab 4x4. I have 305-16's on it and by my calculations need a 23 tooth speedo gear. My question is, where can I get this gear, I have the VSS in the transfer case. DOes Ford sell them and if so what is the part #? Is this even the correct gear for my modifications? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I realize that they should be a vailable from Ford, however I live in a fairly rural area and our dealer in town is LESS than knowledgable about modifications. Any one have a part number or an exact location to purchase the gear? Thanks again.

Go to www.steeda.com or www.baumannengineering.com - you can order them online and bypass the whole dealer hassle!
