Just changed from 3.08s to 3.55s in my 97 4.6 with auto trans and 235/70X16 tires so, of course I have to change the speedo gears. Any one know how I would find part numbers/colors etc for the new gears I'd need???

If it is a 4x4 you need PART # 17271-C4OA-A, 21 teeth Red. If it is a 4x2
you need PART # 17271-C9OP-A, 21 teeth Purple.

Thanks Jean Marc, I would assume that part number is for BOTH halvess of the gear set, or will they be able to match it up with the other half from that number??

There is only 1 gear to change. The other gear is part of the tranny.
