4x4 help!!!

4x4 help!!!
i have a 2005 ford f150 xlt 4.6 4x4
the front hubs lock and the dash light comes on when switched to 4wd but the front wheels have no power they dont spin ive been stuck multiple times and only the back tires spin in 4wd

Does the front driveshaft spin? If not, it's a transfer case issue. If it does, it's an IWE issue.

When the front tires are jacked up off the ground the front tires spins the driveshaft so does that mean i need new iwe actuators
