Ford F150 2009 year Converting in 4x4 to AWD
Hello all
I am a new user of this forum, and owner of a f150 king ranch for 2009, engine 5.4 triton, 4x4, automatic 6-speed gearbox
I am from Poland and here there are very few such cars and, as a result, very little information about them.
But I did not want to write about it
I have a few questions about my Ford
In my F150 I have a 4x4 drive with the ability to change 2H 4H and 4L drive modes and I'm going to convert it into additional AWD options
And now my question:
What do I need to replace? From what I have read in various sources, just replace Transfer Case with AWD, drive control module and drive mode switch.
I am asking for confirmation or tell me exactly what to do to make it work well
