I have stock 99 5.4 2wd lariat on 24s. I was wondering what's a best gear choice to get my truck moving I be racing it now and then and mods later on. I have 3.55 limited slip I believe so I was thinking maybe some 4.10s or 4.56 what yal think? Thx.

 

The better thing to do if your trying to race it is drop down to like a 16-17" wheel. Those 24's are nothing but dead weight.

 

Ya man ima have some stocks in the rear lol and later buy some American racing or cragars 16-17s But in my area there's trucks with billets 24s and stuff but ya. What you think about the gear choice?
