I am trying to find something about installing the Stub Axle back into a 8.8 IFS. Mine popped out on a 2001 F150 4X4 Lariot Supercrew 5.4. I cant find anything on the install of the axle or even rebuilding the front dif. anyone have videos or pictures? I think the stub axle is supposed to be held in by a snap ring. Is the IFS similar to the rear end that uses the C-clips to hold in the axles? Any info will be greatly appreciated.
