2005 front differential leaking

I noticed a spot of Greece under the front of my truck today. Went to check it when I got home. Started to rain so I didn't get the truck jacked up but I did crawl under it real quick. It seems to be leaking from/down the passenger side of the front case. Thing is it's a milky gray as if it has water in it. I have been through some deep water holes on the roads in my hunt club the last month. I seem to remember having a similar problem 30 plus years ago(I think) and water contaminated my gear housing through the vent tube. Draining and flushing and re routing vent tube above the waterline fixed it. Or am I dreaming. Anyone else had this problem???? Or is it more serious. Thanks for your input. Cudda

Could just be old fluid and it should be 80w90 which has a different look then let's say 75w140 in the rear diff I would just have it serviced at which point check for any metal flake which could be from bearings
