I own a 2004 F150 Xlt Crewcab 4x4 with the 4.6lt V8. Wondering what options I have available that will help me get more overall power with out gashing my mpg?
I also do not want to break the bank either. Anything on a budget and maybe don't need to be professionally installed. Thanks.

Within yer criteria, it leaves only one thing - a custom-tuned flash programmer. SCT recommended.
(regearing would be the alternate first choice, had yer criteria allowed it, but that's ~$1500 to do both diffs)
