power steering pump

I had my serpentine belt off today to check out the pulley on my power steering pump. i am checking the pump because when i turn the wheel it is starting to sound like the pump is really starting to struggle. i recently replaced the alternator, water pump, tensioner, idler pulley, and serpentine belt due to a loud chirping during acceleration. the chirping is still there.

Back to the power steering. the pulley has quite a bit of play front to back. is this normal, or is this the problem my steering and chirp is possibly coming from? it also leaks, but i check the fluid regularly.

yes i do, but people were not reading it all the way through and mentioning things i already replaced. my main concern is the play in the power steering.
