2009 F150 4x4
I have the most LOUD rattling sound that has absolutely drove me crazy. If im on the gas at all its very loud. I let off the gas and it quits till i start back on the gas again. The sound is can only be described as the loudest rattling sound. I can not ride with my windows down at all.

BUT... when I put it in 4wd and drive, it doesnt make a peep! NOTHING. As quiet as ever. Then i put it back in 2wd and its rattling like hell again.

ANY IDEAS?

Did you read glc's post about the IWEs?

Furthermore, can you explain what you are working on? We can't see it through the Internet. Please.
