Question help me re-gear

Ive got a 06 f150 5.4 4x4. 6" rough country suspension lift with 33x12.5x17 Toyo MT. As of now it feels like there is already stress on my trans. This weekend im puttin on a 3" body lift and upgrading to 38x15.50x20 Nitto Mud Grapplers (if I can squeese them in under there) I know ill need to change gears, but dont have a clue what it is i need. I do mostly around town driving, well, and of course the mud pits, wet hills, and sloppy roads every chance I get. All the good info Ive got from here has got me and Pearl where we are today so I thank you all!!! And would love to hear what all of you have to say about this....Thanks again...

Since you are going with 38's and do mostly city driving, the general consensus would be to go with a 4.88 r and p ratio. You will be very happy with that combo.
