I have the same problem. I have a 2000 f150 with a 4" Trailmaster lift and a 2" body lift. I have 35" BFG's. Trailmaster uses this crapy drop down "bow" style steering linkage. I'm wondering if the added resistance is causing my power steering pump to work harder and produce more noise than usuall. I have recently replaced the wore out idler arm with a heavy duty one. Could this be giving me my trouble? Please help! Has anyone ever had this problem? It only has 17,000 mi!Pictures are coming soon!
