Throttle Actuator Control

I cranked my truck at work and right when I gave it gas it felt like it wanted to die.... and on my instrument panel it said "Engine Failsafe Mode". I turned my truck off and sat there for a minute before cranking it again. The Engine Failsafe Mode was off. I drove home (15 miles) neither it or my engine light came on. The next morning I drove to work with no problems. I have a Edge programer on my truck and looked to see if there was a code. Sure enough there was one.... Throttle Actuator Control. Ive gotten mixed opions on what this is. Is it the throttle body? Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have a 5.4 Triton with 102k miles. New plugs a month ago.

Yes. Clean your throttle body.

Most of the TAC codes are due to a dirty TB.
