Worth Regearing?

So I have a 99 F150 5.4 2wd and I'm getting a 3.5" lift kit and 33's. I tow about 1600lbs and during fishing season I tow it twice for about 250 miles each way, and then four times for about 25 miles, and then over 10 times for only about a mile.
Is it worth regearing to 3.73s or 4.10s? Thanks
Edit: I have stock 3.55s as of now.

1600 pounds tow? Not worth the hassle for just that, the 5.4 has plenty of torque and your truck is comparatively light.

your tranny will say "thanks" during towing,(with 410's) even with the 5.4, but if you do a lot of highway/freeway driving you might leave it alone. I went to yukon 410's in my 05 scab with the 4.6, and i hardly notice any diff in mileage. But around that same time i bumped up the tire size just a couple sizes so I really didnt gain much. At 65 i'm doing just a tad over 2k. Lower gears always will lessen the load on your engine and tranny & driveline, so its not "lugging" as much. However there is a happy medium some where. Everybody's case is different. Mine is just loafing seems like at a fast idle at 55-60 range. Its a trade off. I wish i had got the 5.4.....rossford....05 scab, 4.6, 975. yukon 411's, edge evo, Jones full boar ....got to love it!!
