Well i went to the junk yard today and pulled a 8.8 posi or trac loc 31 spline from a f150 identical to mine. I have the ring gear still on it from the f150 i pulled it from cause i didnt have a impact to take it off and wasnt charged extra its a 3.55 ring gear i have 3.31s. So im just gonna have to swap the ring gears but it also came with a abs ring and i was wondering if im gonna have to change that or can i just use it. By the way this posi i pulled looks brand new like a rebuilt unit the bearings look new and the oil was fresh in the rear end. I also got it for 56 bucks so im pritty happy now

oh and can you use the center pin from a open diff on ford track loc ?
