Find a good drive shaft shop that will build a custom one with thicker wall tubing. Those are pretty big tires on your truck and it seems the d/s is the weak link. But if you are running it that hard be prepared for something else to give up if the new stronger shaft holds up.

You aren't running 4WD on the pavement or other hard surface, are you?

Yah get some custom drive shafts made because your tires are gonna keep tearing it up otherwise.

I agree with the other comments. Seeing the amount of mud caked in that truck and those big **** tires, you need something custom.

Agreed. Have you made any changes to the gearing? That could possibly be a reason?

Is this even really a question? Massive tires, massive lift, hardcore off-roading and a skinny front driveshaft.

first shaft was stock. this shaft was a custom built one that was proper length for the lift. i told them to make it strong and this is what happened... thinking if just getting one from a f350 and putting it in as long as it has flanged ends i should be good

I would rather bust the driveshaft than crack open the front diff like the other guy did.

Exactly, I will take a busted drive shaft over the diff any day. You beef that drive shaft be prepared to replace the diff next time out. The drive shaft is the weekest link on purpose. Unfortunatley its the price to pay to play and it looks like you give it hell.
