Question on Swapping rear Diff

So I got a 3.55nls in my 06 f150 Im looking to upgrade to a locker. Any idea of what model year and vehicles I could pull the differential out of and have them work?
Ive got the 8.8 rear so I'm guessing one of the crown vic or mustang lockers would work Im just not sure what axle code would be the 3.55 locker/trac loc. Anyone got an idea what model years aside from an f150 would be easily swapped?

If you are switching the complete axle, make sure you get one that has the tone ring in the diff. Not sure what year they switched from the wheels to the diff, just something to check out.

yes, I understand some newer Ford cars have the 31 splines. Should be no issues but I haven't personnally done it. rossford.....
