Another 4WD problem... I am unable to get 4Lo to engage. I am at a full stop in neutral with foot on the brake. It seems to put everything in neutral when I select 4Lo. Motor revs with no forward or reverse motion. Also very difficult to get it back out and into 4Hi or 2WD. have to shut down motor in Neutral and then keep fiddling with switch and get it to Park and then with much prayer you will eventually hear a clunk and then it will allow the drive to move again.

4Hi goes in an out normally. I have replaced the transfer case motor, tested dash switch and scanner shows correct readings, tested for correct vacuum on the differential and all seems normal. Lights are lighting correctly based upon the position of the dash switch. After replacing tc motor, front wheels would not spin while on lift. Thought i really broke something but as soon as it was on the ground 4Hi was back to working normally.

? Any thoughts or suggestions from those more knowledgable are greatly appreciated. Happy to conduct additional test or provide more feedback.
