And to the OP, in about 3yrs your really gonna regret touching the mud with that thing!
trust me i've been there. Replacing everything in the front end isn't cheap! Especially when it all goes out at the same time (my case)! lol

Only if those scales can reach 1000 pounds each. I think just rolling onto them might destroy them.

At least mid 5s, that's a realistic weight for these trucks.

Both of mine have been weighed, where are you getting mid 5's from how much can you carry?

My 4.6 Rcab was 3943, and my 4.2 was 4102?

Still can't see how your THAT much heavier than me the difference between the 4.6 weight and the 4.2 weight is only around 300lbs maybe more.

I don't know what to tell you. I dont know how much weight the wheels and tires add plus all of my other stuff.

Wheels, tires, tool box, and the people inside would weigh it down that much.

i got a 250ld with a 4.6 and3.73 rear....plenty of power

OK... Seriously... Wow... question, is the 4.2 a 5spd...??? Always easier to do burnout with standard... Just a thought...
