Still having problems....

Still having problems with slipping/binding. When I hit the gas I hear a thud and it takes a second for the truck to move. I have checked the rear end fluid, and added friction modifier, checked the balance of the tires (virbration). Tranny shifts fine otherwise, still have the problem with od turned off. Bad clutch packs? rear gears stripped? tq converter ****?

my overdriver/off light started blinking and it was like i lost 1,2,and reverse. i put it in reverse and gave it gas till it finally hit and then there was a little slipping when it shifted. I ended up getting a re-man tranny from ford. don,t know what happened or what failed, but it was definatly the tranny.
