Hi everyone. So recently my truck started to make a grinding type noise when braking. Obviously my first thought was brakes. But then at low speeds it would make the same sound when turning and sometimes even when hitting a bump while going down a hill. It sounds like it is coming from either the rear or right under the truck where the transmission is. It is really starting to scare me. I would greatly appreciate any input from anyone who may know what is causing this. Thanks everyone

 

If it helps, it also seems like any time the nose of the truck dives even a little (like during braking and hitting bumps), I hear that god-awful sound...
