not another gearing question

ok i lied. anyways, im replacing my transmission on monday and finally gonna drop the coins on a gear swap on this next pay day...

i cant decide on 4.56 or 4.88 gears... im running 35's but do alot of towing in both city and highway... and plan on towing through mountains in central Colorado in a month or 2... i also plan on upping to 36's in Februrary.

The 5.0 needs all the help it can get - 4.88's. The 5.0 has the same issue as the 4.6 in the 97+ trucks - low end torque is somewhat lacking.

With 4.88's and 36's, if you have an automatic tranny, it will be doing 2250 rpm in OD at 70 mph.
