Question Weird Half Shaft Problems??

I have a 98 F150 4x4 with the 5.4 its been lifted 2.5 in the front and 3" out back on 35s LTB. My problem is I broke the half shaft on the drivers side the other night. I got a new one put it on and now when I go down the road that side wants to jump up and down, but if I crank the torsin keys back down I dont do it. im stumped!! anyone have any Ideas???

Take it back. It's defective. You aren't the first one to get "the shaft" from Autozone.

I'd actually look for a quality reman. New Ford halfshafts are frightfully expensive.
